French Fries with Pink Himalayan Salt

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Freshly ground Himalayan pink salt (use Pink Salt and Spices Himalayan Salt Grinder)
  • Optional: pepper, garlic powder, or other seasonings of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle Himalayan salt by using Pink Salt and Spices’ Himalayan Salt Grinder.
